Thanks to our food and beverage vendors, sponsors and volunteers, our Rotary Club of Fullerton Uncorked event in May of 2024 was very successful. In addition to very favorable feedback from OUR 350 guests and vendors alike, we raised over $70,000 in net proceeds to support our many local non-profits and youth in need programs in Fullerton. Uncorked provides an excellent business opportunity for exposure to as many as 500 attendees. All Vendors are requested to promote Uncorked event with flyers and posters in their premises and on social media. Vendors may use prize entry drawing cards to collect email or phone numbers filled out by guests. Vendors will later share information with Rotary after Vendor enters information into Vendor’s database.
Vendors may offer an Uncorked Discount for guests’ next visit to their restaurant and/or purchase of a wine club membership, bottles and cases of wine sold.
Restaurant vendors with the appropriate licenses and ABC certified employees supervision may offer free wine or beer with their food. All Wine Vendors will need appropriate ABC licensing and staff.
Rotary will provide each Vendor with a 10’ X 10’ space set with two 8’ tables and 2 chairs. Vendors may erect a pop-up canopy within their space not to exceed the 10’ X 10’ size. Vendor’s attending staff is limited to 3 individuals without charge at and during event. If you need additional staff, please provide us with a request. Preferred parking will be provided for Vendors’ access and delivery during set up using the lower parking area and staging area (see enclosed map). Upon request Rotary will attempt to provide additional volunteers to assist our Vendors with serving food.
Rotary can provide requested napkins, spoons & forks, heavy paper bowls, small plastic cups, and paper (boat) trays sufficient for up to 450 servings.
Rotary will provide one special durable plater and a wine glass for every guest upon admission. (Can use a sharpie pen to write guest’s name on them).
Please note Vendor spaces are limited. Vendors will be assigned space in the order Rotary receives their completed and approved package submissions.
No Vendor participation can be confirmed until receipt and approval of all required documents including a satisfactory certificate of Insurance. Vendors agree to pay for all (if any) costs incurred for the purchase of the required insurance cover for the event.
Restaurant Vendors agree to provide a sufficient number of sample servings for anticipated attendees between the hours of 5:00 - 8 P.M. Dessert Vendors from 5:30 – 8:30 and Wine Vendors from 5:00 - 8:30. All Vendors who cook at event (not just keep food warm) agree to comply with any and all Health Department requirements.
Rotary will not provide any other financial assistance or accommodation unless such is agreed to in advance in writing by Club President of the Rotary Club of Fullerton Cathy Gach.
